Today was the day for Hugh & Laura. I delivered this cake to the Bridgetown Garden Centre. Wow what a spot. Really beautiful. Colours that I had to work with was ivory , sage & dusky pink. Base marbled mud with marbled ganache , middle tier milk chocolate mud with baileys ganache , top tier jaffa mud with dark chocolate ganache. Topper was supplied by Laura.
