A Fishy Affair!

John's flying in from the East to have a party for his 70th here in the West with his family. I was told John loved fishing , so i thought a fish cake was in order. Dark chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache. Hand painted in river colours and sitting on a wood look board also made from icing and hand painted. There were also 18 dark chocolate mud cupcakes with chocolate buttercream to enjoy with his fish.

Cake & Cupcake tower!

Beautiful cake and cupcake tower to celebrate a wedding. Iced in ivory fondant and topped with ivory sugar roses and silver K&M monogram. Milk chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache drizzeled with caramel sauce in each layer. Each cupcake is topped with a ivory blossom , milk chocolate mud cupcakes with a gooey caramel sauce center topped with silky french buttercream.

I received an email from Emma saying it was her Hubbys birthday and she was wanting to surprice her lovely Hubby with a Man United shirt cake. This is what I came up with , I hope he loved it. Milk chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganche.

Craig & Chris's special day!

Craig and Chris got married today , and to celebrtae they chose some pretty pastel cupcakes in white and dark chocolate mud with french buttercreme. They looked so gorgeous all arranged and smelt delish. :) Congratulations Craig and Chris and really lovely to meet you . x

40th Birthday with a twist!

Really lovely twist design which looks great as 1 tier cake but fabulous in a 3 or more tiered cake with alternating twists. Looks great with ribbon roses but you can choose an aray of flowers if you wish. White chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache.

Christening for Jude John Simon!

Who ever thought that no one Christens/Baptises their babies anymore is mistaken. I think I have done more of these cakes than any other celebration cake. Which is fine by me. :) This design is becoming popular having stripes up the side of a cake and really adds to it visually. Dark chocolate mud cake with coffee ganache. All figures are made by me and NO molds are used.

Nate's Christening!

Today was Nate's Christening, Nates a special little boy that deserved a beautiful cake. All handmade decorations. Nates mum really wanted to keep the fat little bear and blocks as a keep sake . So I placed him on a plaque I had made. White chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache.

This was another order for the Broome style frangipani cake, also Mississippi mud cake with dark chocolate ganache. Edible sand and shells. This cake is off to Kalbarri. Lucky cake ! :)

Baptism for Mienna Diaz!

This cake was so precious. Beautiful chocolate mud cake covered in white chocolate ganache (Yummo if you were wondering! :) ) and finished in white fondant icing. The little shoes and blocks are also made from icing . A lovely little keep sake. Hope you had a lovely day on your Baptism little Mienna Diaz xx

Big boys birthday!

Only for the "big boys" :) Birthday cake made of peppermint mud cake and covered in mint ganache. Bra's can be made in any style and also can be made a bit more risque! All made out of icing including the personalised tag.

What a lovely design we all came up with. 3T cake covered in white icing , royal icing stenciling and a swag which acts as an extension for the topper brides dress. Scattered pearls and bright pink Tiger lilies finish it all off. Top and bottom tier dark chocolate mud with caramel sauce, middle tier cherry ripe mud. Nice clean lines make a beautiful cake.

I love making cupcake towers and this one is no exception! Lovely little 6" dark chocolate mud cutting cake, followed by 45 caramel and cherryripe cupcakes.
All blossoms are icing , so sweet. Delivered to Abby beach resort Busselton. Which is gorgeous and I want to take my next getaway there.
