I cant take credit for this design it was all the brides doing. She did a fabulous job. 7" 9" and 11" square cakes with thick silver ribbon , quilting and sparkling diamantes at the cross sections. Mid Week Wedding!

30th September was a beautiful day for a midweek wedding. Held on a lovely Newlands farm with yellow being a feature colour, and the bride riding in on a shiny black horse.
top and second tier brandied fruit cakes covered in marzipan, and the base tier a dark chcolate mud cake covered in dark chocolate ganache , all wrapped in white fondant.
Topper is handmade (By Rouvelee) and personalised just for the lovely bride and groom and their 2 dogs.

This is the cupcake tower I made for the McGrath foundation to raise money and awareness for breast care nurses. The butterfly morning tea will be held at Kelly park Bunbury on the 11th August from 10am

Dessert Table for Jeremy & Kristy!

Today Jeremy and Kristy were married, Kristy had ordered a full dessert table including white chocolate & macadamia Rockabilly cupcakes for her new husband , vanilla topsy turvy cookies , 3tier madhatter cake with hand made bride and groom , a really big glass of jellybeans (YUM!) & vanilla JK monogram cookies with the guest name tags.
Smelt so good combined and looked beautiful all set up.
