Khia & Henry had decided to have a vintage theme on their wedding day and asked me to create the perfect cake. Took months of prep work, in between other cakes. The cake was the perfect addition to there reception room at the Lighthouse Beach resort Bunbury. Congratulations guys , I hope you have a great honeymoon xx

Winter Wedding!

Wintery wedding , set in Pemberton. Topper supplied by bride. All flakes are edible made from icing. Base tier is a dark chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache, and the top tier is caramel mud cake with dark chocolate ganache.

Today was the day for Hugh & Laura. I delivered this cake to the Bridgetown Garden Centre. Wow what a spot. Really beautiful. Colours that I had to work with was ivory , sage & dusky pink. Base marbled mud with marbled ganache , middle tier milk chocolate mud with baileys ganache , top tier jaffa mud with dark chocolate ganache. Topper was supplied by Laura.

Oh my, the ballroom at the Abbey Beach resort was gorgeous when I delivered this cake yesterday for Sandy & Dion. Peacock feathers were the main theme for their day. So sorry I cant share pics of the ball room my camera was still sitting on my dining room table :( Cutting cake is caramel mud with caramel sauce and dark chocolate ganache. Cupcakes were an assortment of caramel, milk , and white muds.

Garden Wedding!

This cake is going to be the top cutting cake for a cupcake tower. I also made 50 purple blossoms to go on the cupcakes that the brides daughter will provide. The bride & groom topper was also made by me, with little honky nuts and letters scattered to accommodate a family joke :)
