Cookies for Kiddies!

Today was my son's last day at Kindy, They grow fast!, so I made some cookies for all the little kiddies to take home. Little melting snowmen, as snowmen dont last long in our Aussie Christmas!

Pink Hearts!

3T heart shaped . Top tier foam, middle marbled caramel and white mud with white chocolate ganache and caramel sauce.
Bottom tier white and dark chocolate mud with white ganache centre and dark chocolate outter layer.
All covered in white icing and pink wrap. Topped with Pink sugar frangipani's.

Donnybrook Don's FC!

Cake made for a devoted Donnybrook Don's supporter.

Shuga's (Sugar's) turning 40 and he will be celebrating with a yummy 7" Dark chocolate mud with Cherry puree and dark chocolate ganache.

Little footy's are edible.

Tammi's wedding cake , 3T Ivory cake with the 2 base tiers being caramel mud with dark ganache and homemade caramel sauce. Top tier is to be saved and is fruit and nut cake with marzipan . Lovely white stenciling diamante trim and matching brooch.Topper supplied by bride.

Frangipanis Broome Style!

Beautiful 8" mississippi mud cake with dark chocolate ganache.

Covered in hand made Frangipanis. The board is covered in edible beach sand and lovely gumpaste shells.

Little Max is 5 and celebrated with all his Kindy friends and a Pirate themed treasure chest cake and 2 dozen vanilla cupcakes with Jolly Roger!

Which I think turned out well. 6" Dark chocolate mudcake with dark chocolate ganache. 65 cupcakes assorted caramel and white chocolate with French buttercream. Topper is all hand made. Serves 95-100 people.

This is a beautiful design.Made up of a 7" Dark chocolate mudcake,with dark chocolate ganache and 18 white chocolate cupcakes with white chocolate ganache topped off with French buttercream. Serves 50 people.
