6" and 4" white mud cakes with white chocolate ganache. Topped with rolled roses in beautiful pastel colours. The initial is glass crystals and canot be eaten.

Sam created the most amazing birthday cake for my fathers birthday.It was an arrangment of over 100 exquisite cupcakes with frosting like rosebuds all cleverly placed on a perspex stand.
The cakes were delicious and made a spectacular table centrepiece. Many people commented on how great they looked and tasted. Also , having cupcakes means no plates for guests and they can easily take one home with them for later.
