With a reception at Cassellas , Carly and Nathan needed a classy cake. Base and top tiers Apple & cinnamon mud cake layered with white chocolate ganache and the middle tier is white chocolate mud cake layered with white chocolate ganache. Topper and brooch was supplied by Carly.
I also made the stand specifically for this cake but I think I will use it alot more :)
